I am a writer, organizational practitioner, and yoga teacher living at the intersection of art, systems, and embodiment. I explore the conditions that allow people, organizations, and communities to remain whole while navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change.
There are three ways we might meet:

How do we navigate complexity in a changing world?
Counterpoint Studio is my organizational practice. I partner with creative leaders, mission-driven organizations, and values-aligned teams navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change. Together, we create the conditions for clearer thinking, stronger decision-making, and more human ways of working.
My organizational work is inspired by the lens of the artist and the wisdom of the body, and draws on fifteen years of experience in nonprofit systems. Rather than applying one-size-fits-all frameworks, I work alongside clients to understand what is already present, what wants to emerge, and what conditions will support meaningful change. What do we notice when we make room to listen?
Most of my thinking lives in The Breathing Room, where I explore the questions that shape how we live and work in art, in systems, and in our bodies.
I write from lived experience and an ongoing practice of paying attention — following threads through philosophy, poetry, organizational life, music, and the everyday experiments of being human. Rather than offering answers, I offer an invitation to join an ongoing inquiry about wholeness, complexity, creativity, and what becomes possible when we make enough space to slow down and listen. How do we return to ourselves?
Yoga is one of the ways I practice the questions that animate all of my work.
For me, yoga is a practice of listening to the body, cultivating spaciousness, and remembering what it feels like to remain whole in a fast-moving world.
Whether I'm teaching studio classes, working one-on-one, or practicing myself, my goal is to help people uncover a deeper relationship with themselves. Learn more.
